She married Emery Talkington, son of John Talkington and Mary Metz, on 21 September 1882 at Marion Co, WV.. She lived in 1910 at Wheeling, WV.. She died on 14 July 1937 at Erie, Harrison Co, WV., at age 75.

     Diane Sue Hunter is the daughter of Allen Martin Hunter and Lottie Ellen Armstrong.

     Allen Martin Hunter II is the son of Allen Martin Hunter and Lottie Ellen Armstrong.

He married Victoria Dupray, daughter of Francis "Frank" Dupray and Victoria (---), on 5 June 1878 at Boston, MA..¹² He and Victoria Dupray were divorced in May 1882 at Manchester, NH.. He married Hattie M. Rowell, daughter of Caleb A. Rowell, on 16 October 1882 at Nashua, NH..¹³ He was admitted to National Home for Disabled Veterans in January 1917 at Hot Springs, SD.. He died on 25 December 1918 at Battle Mt Sanitarium, Hot Springs, Fall River Co, SD., at age 71.^14,11 He was buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, Nashua, NH..¹⁵

     Nettie Clara Fletcher was born on 2 July 1883 at Nashua, NH..⁸ She was the daughter of Ansel Waldo Fletcher and Hattie M. Rowell. She married Eugene I. Conrey on 13 February 1902.⁸ She married Charles Grant Fenton on 2 July 1904 at W Derry, NH..⁹ She moved to Rochester, NH. circa 1918. She died in April 1980 at age 96.

     Clara Albertina "Allie" "Alice" Fletcher was born on 11 April 1854 at Nashua, NH.. She was the daughter of Amos Fletcher and Clarissa "Clara" Ann Ferson. She was a school teacher at Nashua, NH.. She went to Luverne, MN, in 1883, and was a school teacher. She married Frank Albert Ladue on 18 April 1885. She the Superintendent of Schools 1890's at Marshall Co, SD..^10,11 She and Frank Albert Ladue homesteaded at Sisseton Twp, Marshall Co, SD.. She and Frank Albert Ladue adopted Verna M., who married Glenn Carson. She died on 3 March 1919 at Webster, Day Co, SD., at age 64. She was buried at Hillside Cemetery, Langford, Marshall Co, SD..

She married Albert Henry Bailey on 16 October 1889 at Nashua, NH..¹⁵ She moved to Long Beach, CA. from 1912 to 1917. She was owner of the St. Anthony Apt, then purchased the lease of the Silver Spray Apartments in 1921.¹⁶ She was the propriator of the Metropol Hotel with her husband and by herself after he died in 1933 at Long Beach, CA.. She died on 16 September 1948 at Long Beach, Los Angeles Co, CA., at age 79.

She was Prorprietor of the Madison Apartments in 1922 at San Pedro, CA.. She died on 15 February 1947 at San Pedro, Los Angeles Co, CA., at age 74.

     Gladys Viola Bailey was born on 9 February 1891 at Nashua, NH..¹⁰ She was the daughter of Albert Henry Bailey and Mabel Ada Fletcher. She lived; a teacher in Maine and Vermont before her marriage.¹¹ She married Harold Cushman Alley on 1 May 1916 at Newberry, VT.. She raised her niece and nephew. She died on 4 November 1983 at Los Angeles, CA., at age 92. She was buried at Forest Lawn, Los Angeles, CA..

     Hazael Chesney was born between 1794 and 1800. He was the son of Benjamin Chesney and Margaret (---). He married Nancy Ramsey, daughter of John Ramsey and Mary Everly, on 27 November 1820 at Monongalia Co, WV.. He died between 1840 and 1849 at Monongalia Co, WV..

Hazel married Nancy Ramsey, who was living on her on her father's land on Gustin Run, a branch of Scott's Run.
Two months later, in February 1821, Hazel purchased land from his father on Scott's Run, Monongalia County. He later added adjacent property. In 1837 he obtained 7 acres from John Harrow's attorney and in 1841 he obtains 8 acres from William Cole.
In the 1830 and 1840 Census, there is a woman 80 to 90 years living with his family. Perhaps Mary (Everly) Ramsey?
In the 1840 Census, there is a male 10-15 years living with the family. Perhaps a boy working on the farm? If it was a son, he is not listed in the 1830 Census, and would have died young, no later than 1849.
Hazel Chesney died by April 20, 1849, when his wife and daughter Mary Sine sell the 60 acres farm to the other daughter Margaret Donley, the only other inheritance. [Deed Book 19, p. 308] Margaret Donley later sold the 60 acres to Hosea Brand in 1860.
