He inherited the Gwag Y Noe farm from his father, but he died one year late. in 1839. He died on 15 July 1840 at Abererch, Caernarvonshire, Wales, at age 36.²

She married Thomas David Phillip, son of David Phillip and Mary Jones, on 22 December 1835 at Llannor, Carnarvonshire, Wales. She married Abraham Williams, son of John Williams, on 11 November 1843 at St. Peter's Church, Denio, Carnarvonshire, Wales.⁴ She died from 1861 to 1871.
