     Floyd Edward Davis was born on 31 January 1909 at Bellle Valley, Noble Co, OH.. He was the son of Otis Downey Davis and Frances L. Bartlett. He married Ruth Louise Wheeler, daughter of Valley Hayes Wheeler and Martha Herron. He died on 11 May 1999 at Arlington, VA., at age 90.
